The same premium whole bean coffee that we offer at our retail locations, it has a big body, balanced medium acidity, and a crisp sweet finish with no oil on the beans. Sourced from 100% Arabica coffee, this medium roast is well-balanced, sweet, bold, and smooth.
• Medium-Dark roast coffee is of a brown color and rarely has an oily surface. These coffees typically have a medium acidity and body, along with a well-rounded flavor profile. Roasting the coffee beans to this level helps to maintain many of the unique flavors of the coffee's origin, while also starting to bring out the deep caramel sweetness of a longer roast. As a result, these coffees have a good balance and are slightly darker and sweeter. However, some of the brighter notes of a light roast may be lost in the process.
